Inspired by an art installation we created that was made to memorialize the martyred children in Gaza. The purpose of the project was for the children to no longer be seen as statistics.
It was an interactive piece where the children at an event would color in butterfly artwork and stick them onto the installation when done.
The heart symbolized the love that would be centered around them on Valentine’s Day.
Butterflies are beautiful. Beautiful, but live very short lives.
